TOES ON THE NOSE: JUNIOR MISS 1-13 & GIRLS 7-14 SOFT GOODS LINES
* Responsible for 66% of company's yearly Net Sales due to the design, merchandising and production of the two separate lines over the four year period.
* Managed & supervised entire design department including sample maker, pattern maker, design assistant, interns, and production assistant.
* Designed and developed each seasons clothing and accessories line from initial concept to Salesman Samples. This included creating a color story, developing and choosing prints, computerized flat sketching and merchandising, organizing graphics, completing costing, line sheets and catalogs.
* Chose and organized graphic art from local artists. Manipulated colorways utilizing computer software programs such as Photoshop, Freehand and Illustrator.
* Sourced all fabric and trims for the development of the line. 
* Created line sheet manuals for sales force utilizing Freehand 9.1, Photoshop 5.5. 
* Sourced vendors domestically and overseas for the production of Toes on the Nose soft goods.
* Organized all overseas production from negotiation of price, sample approvals to bulk production and final in warehouse delivery.
* Merchandising and Product Development for our in house swimwear line.
